Francisco Jarquin to represent Belron® Canada at Best of Belron® final
Towards the end of last year, Belron® Canada held its own Best of Belron® national event, attended by just over 50 business partners, sponsors, local journalists and representatives from Belron® Canada, Belron® USA and Belron®.
Francisco Jarquin of Lebeau Vitres d’autos® deservedly won the national title after displaying great expertise and grace whilst working under pressure. Qualities he has developed over the past seven years during his time with the company.
The event was an excellent opportunity for the team at Belron® Canada to show their business partners the company’s world-class customer service and technical know-how. Ralph Hosker, President of Belron® Canada said, “This was the first time Belron® Canada has hosted an event to simultaneously recognize employees and reinforce our business partnerships. It was a great success! Everyone left the event with a great impression of our organization having had the chance to converse with technicians who shared their thoughts on the services they provide and the tools that they use. We couldn’t have asked for better spokespeople.”
Patrick Carbonneau, National Director of the Customer Contact Centre for Belron® Canada showed guests the customer experience when dealing with Belron® Canada’s brands Speedy Glass® and Lebeau Vitres d’autos®. Johan Mortier, Belron® Technical Director also presented our leadership position regarding technical expertise in vehicle glass. In particular, he talked about the future as the automotive market produces vehicles with more glass and more complex glass.
Johan added, “It was a great event and wonderful to see how the technician remained the focus. The bar has been raised in terms of technical competency which will make the international Best of Belron® event in June 2010 even more interesting!”
National winner Francisco Jarquin is now preparing for the final global event which will be held at La Grande Halle de la Villette in Paris on the 9th and 10th June 2010.
