About Belron® Technical

Belron® Technical is our research and development team whose pioneering work continues to provide technicians with the best tools and techniques in the industry.

For example, the team manages the development and global sales of the leading tool system Glass Medic®.  They also maintain the ‘Technician’s Handbook’ which is an essential tool, relied upon by technicians every day.  Regularly updated, with contributions from more than 2000 technicians, it ensures a one-way approach to fitting and repairing vehicle glass world wide.

Similarly, the Belron® Toolbox is produced centrally, incorporating best practice from Belron businesses, to give all technicians access to the same high quality tools so that they can provide a world class result every time.

Belron® Technical also compiles, assesses and maintains the standards and procedures against which all technicians are regularly measured.  These will be used as the criteria against which all finalists are judged in this year’s Best of Belron competition.
