How long have you worked for Belron®?
6.5 years. Time flies when you’re having fun!

What prompted you to enter the competition?
To show the World the quality of Carglass® in The Netherlands and maybe even more, to show everyone the quality of work at our Specials branch in Dordrecht !

How are you preparing for the global competition in June?
By trying to improve continuously in all procedures and of course The Belron® Way of Fitting whilst combining this with my normal daily activities.

What do you find most enjoyable about your job?
It is a great challenge for me to look for new, better, faster, safer and more efficient ways of doing my work on all kinds of vehicles. This keeps our customers enthusiastic and very satisfied!

In your opinion, what makes someone the Best of Belron®?
He is someone who constantly delivers quality work, delights his customers whilst working safely, and is dedicated and motivated to delivering this day after day!

What are your main interests outside work?
I need speed!  Excitement is relaxation for me! I get a lot of satisfaction from all kind of vehicles, especially motorbikes. When the weather conditions don’t let me do this I like to play video-games. And of course I also like to chill out a little bit with my girlfriend and my friends.
