How long have you worked for Belron®?
I have worked for Carglass Brazil for more than 10 years. I started at the first branch in Brazil.  After that, I moved to Leopoldina, Mobile Service, Itaim and now I am working at Faria Lima branch. All these branches are located in São Paulo.

What prompted you to enter the competition?
The main boost was to prove to everybody and to myself that I was able to be the Best. Of course, the national cash award was important too, it will help me a lot.

How are you preparing for the global competition in June?
I am completely involved with training and being aware of new tools. I am also being psychologist prepared to give the Best of myself in the Final Competition.

What do you find most enjoyable about your job?
First of all, the relationship with my co-workers. Another important thing is to deal with the customers and achieve their necessities. I really feel excited when my customers are totally satisfied.  Another passion is vehicles, the opportunity to work with different vehicles gives me the experience to be more technical and professional.

In your opinion, what makes someone the Best of Belron®?
In my opinion, the technician needs to be dedicated and committed to the company and customers. He must be organized and follow all Belron’s procedure. It is very important to delight your customers. Definitely to work for a company like Belron that recognizes its employees.  This gives me the desire to be the Best!

What are your main interests outside work?
I like to spend time with my family, watch soccer games on TV -- mainly Corinthians (A soccer team from São Paulo). I always plays video games (PlayStation) with my daughter Amanda. I like to read magazines or newspapers and during the weekend to drink some beer with my friends.
