How long have you worked for Belron®?
I’ve been a technician for almost three years now.

What do you like about your job?
What I like most about my work is doing mobile jobs. It’s an opportunity to travel everywhere - you see and hear a lot: funny things or less funny things. And if there is a problem, it is my personal objective to solve it and deliver an unforgettable experience to my customers. It is also interesting to visit other companies and find out what they do.

How did you feel after winning your country competition?
I felt great!! Everything went very smoothly in our National final. I delivered good quality and finished my jobs within the prescribed fitting times. My customer contact cases went very well and this gave me a gut-feeling that I might end up high in the competition. When I heard that I actually won the competition I was so happy!! Unbelievable! 

How are you preparing for the international final?
Right now I’m in the middle of my training for the International final with the Best of Belron® Champion from 2008. Besides that, I’m curious about new fitting techniques. This ensures that I’m interested in all aspects of the Belron® way of Fitting and that I understand what I’m doing. This increases job quality and drives customer satisfaction. These are all very important elements for the Best of Belron® competition.

What makes you the best of Belron®?
I just stay who I am. Although I won the National competition I will still be a technician, a member of my team and a colleague - nothing more, nothing less. I just do my job as well as I can.

How do you like to spend your leisure time?
I’m a DJ and I “Turn up the base” at parties mostly in the weekends. People can hire me and I will transform their party in to a real dance-party!  I also like to do things on my laptop.

What’s the one thing you could not live without?
Well…..I have to admit it,….that’s my girlfriend!
