How long have you worked for Belron?
Five years.

What prompted you to enter the competition?
It seemed like an excellent opportunity to test my skills as a technician and to show the quality of work that I take pride in performing.

How was your national competition?
It was a lot of fun. It was a little stressful and intense; but overall a very good time.

How are you preparing for the international final in June?
We have been preparing for the past five months by practising procedures and installs on the same car we’ll be using in the competition. I also use the best practises in my everyday work, so I get plenty of chances to reinforce the level of quality the judges will be looking for.

What do you find most enjoyable about your job?
In general, I like to fix things. I like to take something that's broken and make it right again. My job gives me endless opportunities to do this. But most of all, I enjoy providing a good service and interacting with our customers.

What makes someone the 'Best of Belron®'?
In order to be the Best of Belron, a technician should have good attention to detail, a strong work ethic and an unwillingness to stop before the job is done correctly. These are the things I focus on daily.

What are your main interests outside of work?
I enjoy outdoor activities like camping and biking. I’m a new homeowner, so making home improvements is a new hobby. I also like spending time with friends and family.
