I thought I would give it a try, but never thought I would win.

How are you preparing for the global competition in June?  
With help from a dedicated technical trainer and management team.

What do you find most enjoyable about your job?  
Making customers happy.

Exceptional customer service and being able to provide high quality work on a consistent basis.

What are your main interests outside work?
Scuba Diving - instructor  - I used to teach people to dive in Australia.
