How long have you worked for Belron®?  
I joined Belron® in March 2007 - so almost 3 years - as a technician and worked my way up the ladder to the Team Leader position I hold today.

What prompted you to enter the competition?
Firstly, my personal motivation was quite simply to be the best, as well as to prove my worth.  Secondly, from a professional point of view my motivation was to show my colleagues that they’d made the right choice, in trusting in me and believing in my capacity and skills to participate in the competition.

How are you preparing for the international final in June?
I’m training intensively in the build-up to the final, My technical Trainer gives me training and also I get support from Belron technicians.

What do you find most enjoyable about your job?  
My number one satisfaction is doing a perfect job and delighting my customers. Also I like working in such a good  team.

What makes you the 'Best of Belron®'?
The level of competition will of course be extremely high.  I want to bring the cup to my country and I want to make happy the people who believe and trust in me.

What are your main interests outside work?
I play sport , especially football. I spend some time at the cinema and I like to travel - mostly in Turkey.
