How long have you worked for Belron^®?
I have worked for Belron^® for the last 3 years.  I first joined Carglass^® Italy and requested a country transfer to live in Spain.  I have been living in Sevilla and working for Carglass^® Spain for the last 10 months.

What prompted you to enter the competition?
I love my job, and enjoy doing it properly and improving each day.  I am always willing to participate to see if I can achieve a podium position and to see if I have the ability to win the competition and become the Best of Belron^®.

How are you preparing for the global competition in June?
Doing mobile jobs gives me the chance to learn different aspects.  Working directly with the client is one of the most demanding jobs.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
Carglass^® gives me the opportunity to learn, to meet new people and to professionally develop further.

In your opinion, what makes someone the Best of Belron^®?
Excellent technical ability, providing a superb quality service, and a great dose of humility in order to learn from others and always make the most of the experience everyday life teaches you.

What are your main interests outside work?
Swimming, sports in general, football (I support Milan in Italy and F.C. Barcelona in Spain).
