How long have you worked for Belron®?
9 years.

What prompted you to enter the competition?

Two years ago I went to the Italian final of Best of Belron® as spectator and it was so exciting that I decided to participate. The dream became reality!  This award [national competition] makes me feel happy.

How are you preparing for the global competition in June?
I’m studying the Belron Technicians' Handbook 2010 and I’m doing my usual job as if I were already in Paris.  Every car is training for the competition and every customer for me is a judge in Paris!

What do you find most enjoyable about your job?
It’s a great job for me because I love cars. I enjoy facing different challenges every day. Each day is different for me.

In your opinion what makes someone the Best of Belron®?
Strong organisation skills, perfect knowledge of every little detail of the job and procedures. They must also be determined in their training.

What are your main interests outside work?
I love cooking!  And, as a perfect Italian, I love pasta. I do my best with 'Spaghetti Allo Scoglio'.  I also play sports and I like fishing.
