How long have you worked for Belron®?
Over 7 years.

What prompted you to enter the competition?
A request from my branch manager; a big desire to win this competition and a great opportunity to learn to become an even better fitter -  I came second in Denmark's 2008 national competition.

How are you preparing for the global competition in June?
I am practising all routines every day and once a week I am working with our technical coach.  The competition is always on my mind while I'm working to try to improve my skills.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy the freedom as a mobile technician and the fact that every day is different.  I also enjoy contact with customers.  Satisfied customers make me happy!

What do you think makes someone the Best of Belron®?
It is the person who is the best technician practically, who also knows how to deal with and satisfy all kinds of customers.  He/she also needs to be a good colleague and help encourage other colleagues in all sorts of ways.  He/she should also be a good teamplayer and a person who shares ideas and helps to make our company a better place to work.

What are your main interests outside work?
I play football and coach for a local football team.  I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
