How long have you worked for Belron®?

What prompted you to enter the competition? 
After learning new techniques through the Gemba* project, I had the courage to apply and see what would happen.

How was your national competition? 
The Canadian competition was a real challenge.  I learned that when you work hard, you can succeed.

How are you preparing for the international final in June?
I am carefully studying the book BELRON TECHNICAL 2010 (The way of fitting).  I believe it is the key to becoming the champion.

What do you find most enjoyable about your job? 
It’s all about being surrounded by a great team as well as having the opportunity to see the company grow every day.

What makes you the 'Best of Belron®'?
I think the BEST OF BELRON has to be open to all changes and to seek out the opportunity to improve on a daily basis. That is what I do, I am always looking for new challenges.

What are your main interests outside work?
Martial Arts.
